The man with the plan & the vision
My name is Bogdan and for the last 10 years, I have been running 3 restaurants in the Old Center of Brasov, Romania, under the brands La Ceaun and Ograda. 5 years ago, I began searching for a more efficient method to gather feedback from our customers. After experiencing the shortcomings of various reputation management tools that left me feeling dissatisfied as a restaurateur, I concluded that the most effective feedback should be three things: real, granular and instant. 2 years ago, I founded Deli Cloud, a company providing software services. Our first product, DeliPal, was created to help us achieve our goals. How do we do it? By inviting our guests to connect to our point of sale system, they can rate their order dish by dish. The waiter can see the feedback instantly and can react on the spot if necessary. Do we stop here? No. We integrate the point of sale with a complete ERP, so the restaurant owner can manage his entire business in a fully integrated way. What will be next?
