Order Monitor

Create a separate PoS session for the Order Monitor:

PoS app > Configuration > Point of Sale:

   Click on button and se the PoS session configurations:

Allow required users to see the monitor session in the Dashboard:

Input the name of the Order Monitor and leave all the checkboxes empty until the “POS Kitchen Screen” section:

Tick “Is Kitchen Monitor” checkbox.

Select the categories that will be displayed (according to the destination of the monitor: may be kitchen, bar, or maybe both)

Go back to the settings of PoS devices that will send the orders to kitchen/bar and point that the monitor should show the orders at the “Connected Devices” section:

Open Monitor PoS Session from the PoS app Dashboard:

Send some lines to kitchen or to bar > they will be displayed at the monitor UI:

Each order will display:

• Cashier name

Click on it to see the PoS order number:

​Table name

​Time when the line was sent

​Name of the line (+ quantity and the time when the line was sent)

​Stages of cooking

​ ​New / Cooking / Ready to Serve / Done

Stages will be synced with the PoS 

As soon as the line is Done, after the button “Done” is clicked it disappears from the monitor and becomes highlighted green

• Deleted order line

If the line was sent to kitchen and after that deleted from the PoS order (by waiter) - it will be displayed in red at the Order Monitor:

Hide button will easily hide it from the monitor.

Buttons at the top right corner allow changing the kan-ban view to list view and Refresh the browser tab.
